The Louvre

The Louvre is full service planning. You do not even need an event date and I will coordinate everything from beginning to end..

This includes:

  • Venue searching

  • Designing event

  • Event budgeting

  • Vendor referrals

  • Review proposals and contracts

  • Booking vendors

  • Attending meetings for particular vendors

  • All the access to Q&As and advice seeking via email and phone

  • Assist with event stationery - design/concept and verbiage

  • Assist with hotel accommodations and travel

  • Confirming all final details with venue and vendors

  • Providing all necessary day-of documents for running the event

  • Providing day-of assistants to run the event (Note: Rates for the assistants vary due to venue lo+cation)

Wedding Full Service: $12,000 starting cost
Social Event Full Service: $10,000 starting cost
Corporate Full Service: $8,000 starting cost

The Met (The Metropolitan Museum of Art)

The Met is a great start if you already have the event date set, venue and 3-4 vendors secured.

This includes:

  • Vendor referrals

  • Review proposals and contracts

  • Booking vendors

  • Attending meetings for particular vendors

  • All the access to Q&As and advice seeking via email and phone

  • Assist with event stationery - design/concept and verbiage

  • Assist with hotel accommodations and travel

  • Confirming all final details with venue and vendors

  • Providing all necessary day-of documents for running the event

  • Providing day-of assistants to run the event (Note: Rates for the assistants vary due to venue location)

Wedding Partial Service: $5,000 starting cost
Social Events Partial Service: $4,000 starting cost
Corporate Partial Service: $3,000 starting cost

MONTH-OF a.k.a. “DAY-OF” SERVICES
MOCA (The Museum of Contemporary Art)

MOCA services even though is called “Day-of” is more than just working one day on the event day. The services for this will start one month prior to the event date. All vendors must be secured.

This includes:

  • Confirming all final details with venue

  • Finalizing orders with booked vendors

  • Providing all necessary day-of documents for running the event

  • Providing day-of assistants to run the event (Note: Rates for the assistants vary due to venue location)

Wedding Month-of Services: $2,250 starting cost
Social Event Month-of Services: $1,750 starting cost
Corporate Month-of Services: $1,500 starting cost

PROPOSAL PLANNING
The Traveling Exhibit

The Traveling Exhibit service is tailored and customized to each couple based on their personalities, their story, their passions and quirks. The proposal is always fun, but it can be something artful, new, unique, or nerdy.

This includes:

  • Confirming / Booking a location or venue

  • Drafting the concept

  • Budgeting

  • Referral to jewelry design company

  • Assist with design of the Ring

  • Review proposals and contracts

  • Booking vendors

  • All the access to Q&As and advice seeking via email and phone

  • Confirming all final details with venue and vendors

  • Oversee the Proposal day

Proposal Service Cost: $2,500 starting cost
(An additional fee may be incurred depending the distance travelled)
